Soul Motion™: from alone to All One
This workshop is an exploration of possibilities for living inside the paradox of self-expression and belonging. It is a meeting with self and other in a dance that is profoundly nourishing, creative, intelligent, emotionally savvy, heart-breaking, soul-making, spirited, challenging, and transforming.
This formless dance form allows both full-bodied movement and mindful inner explorations. To follow the divine choreography, we learn to fall and flounder. Going deeply into contact with self, we awake enveloped in communion. The permission to relax and rejoice in community invites a shift from “my dance” to the One Dance.

FEE: Solo $415. Couple: $775.
Price includes six delicious organic meals, indoor/outdoor camping, and use of all Harbin facilities and yoga classes.
